House rules
The house rules apply on the premises and to everyone staying or visiting. By booking or paying a deposit, the Guest confirms they have read and accepted these rules. House rules are available in Polish - full English version on request.
Summary
- Check-in 14:00, check-out 10:00. Reception is at 16 Skłodowska-Curie St., inside Grabarek Sports Centre. Outside reception hours and on public holidays, please call us to arrange key pickup.
- Photo ID required at check-in.
- Pets welcome - 40 PLN / night. Owner accepts and follows the house rules.
- No smoking. 200 PLN cleaning fee if the rule is broken.
- Quiet hours 22:00 - 06:00.
- No drugs. Police will be called and the Guest will leave without refund.
- No open flames (candles), no extra electrical appliances beyond room equipment, no weapons or hazardous materials.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors.
- Guests are financially liable for damage to room equipment.
- Items left behind: returned at the Guest’s expense, or stored 3 months and then transferred to the property of Centrum Noclegowe.
