House rules

1. These house rules apply on the premises of Centrum Noclegowe and to every person present there.
2. In the text below, the provider of the rooms is referred to as “Centrum Noclegowe”, and the person renting a room as the “Guest”.
3. The Guest is looked after by the reception staff of Centrum Noclegowe.
4. These house rules set out the terms of service, liability and presence on the premises, and form an integral part of the agreement. The agreement is concluded by making a booking, paying a deposit, or paying the full amount for the stay. By doing any of these, the Guest confirms that they have read and fully accept these rules and undertake to follow them.
5. These house rules are available at reception and on every floor of the building.

The hotel day

1. Rooms at Centrum Noclegowe are rented by the day.
2. The hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 10:00 the following day.
3. If the Guest did not state the length of stay when renting the room, the room is treated as rented for one day.
4. A request to extend the hotel day should be made at reception no later than 10:00 on the day the stay ends. Centrum Noclegowe may decline the request if all rooms are occupied, or in the case of a Guest who is not following these rules.
5. Centrum Noclegowe reserves the right to refuse an extension of stay if the Guest has not paid in full for the stay so far.

Booking and check-in

1. Bookings can be made online, through booking portals, by phone to reception, or in person at Centrum Noclegowe.
2. Check-in requires presenting photo identification to the reception staff.
3. The Guest may not hand the room over to third parties, even within the period already paid for.
4. Centrum Noclegowe reserves the right to refuse a Guest without giving a reason.
5. If the Guest leaves earlier than the date agreed in a guaranteed booking, the difference in the cost of the stay is not refunded.
6. If the Guest does not arrive on the date agreed in a guaranteed booking, the deposit paid is not refunded.

Guest responsibility

1. Children and young people under 18 must be under the constant supervision of a legal guardian while on the premises. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused by minors.
2. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage to or destruction of the equipment and technical installations of Centrum Noclegowe caused by the Guest or by people visiting the Guest.
3. If any fault or damage appears in the room, the Guest must inform the reception staff without delay.
4. If these rules are broken, Centrum Noclegowe may refuse further service to the Guest concerned. The Guest must then comply with the requests of Centrum Noclegowe without delay, settle payment for the stay and for any damage, and leave the premises.
5. For safety reasons, a Guest leaving the room should close the window, turn off the taps and lock the door each time.
6. At the end of the stay, the Guest must return the room keys to reception.
7. Reception opening hours:
   • Monday – Friday: 7:00 – 21:00
   • Saturday: 9:00 – 17:00
   • Sunday: 10:00 – 15:00
   • Public holidays: reception closed
8. Outside reception hours and on public holidays, the Guest is asked to call reception to arrange collecting or handing back the keys.

Staff entering a room without prior notice

Staff of Centrum Noclegowe may enter a Guest’s room without prior notice only in exceptional situations, in particular when:

1. The safety of Guests or property requires it — for example a suspected threat to life or health, fire, flooding, a failure of the building’s installations, damage to property, or another sudden situation requiring immediate intervention.
2. There is an emergency in which reaction time is critical and there is no way to inform the Guest beforehand.
3. Other Guests or staff have reported worrying behaviour or events, such as excessive noise, shouting, aggression, disturbance of order, unusual smells, or other signals that may indicate danger or a breach of these rules.

Items left behind

1. Personal belongings left behind in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated, at the Guest’s expense.
2. If the Guest gives no instructions about returning the items, Centrum Noclegowe will store them at the owner’s expense for three months; after that period they become the property of Centrum Noclegowe.

Quiet hours

1. Quiet hours at Centrum Noclegowe run from 22:00 to 6:00 the following day.
2. The behaviour of Guests and of people using the services of Centrum Noclegowe must not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. Centrum Noclegowe may refuse further service to anyone who breaks this rule.

Additional provisions

1. For fire safety reasons, open flames (for example candles) and electrical or similar appliances that are not part of the room equipment must not be used in the room.
2. Pets are welcome at Centrum Noclegowe for an additional fee of 40 PLN per night. The person responsible for the animal must read and strictly follow these house rules.
3. Guests of Centrum Noclegowe may use the gym at Grabarek Sports Centre under separate rules, available at reception and at the gym itself. The Guest must read and strictly follow those rules while using the gym.
4. Smoking tobacco products is completely prohibited at Centrum Noclegowe. If the ban is broken, the Guest will be charged the cost of airing and cleaning the room (200 PLN).
5. Possessing and using substances prohibited by law is completely forbidden at Centrum Noclegowe. If this ban is broken, the matter will be reported to the Police and the Guest must leave the premises immediately, with no refund for the shortened stay.
6. Dangerous items — weapons, ammunition, flammable or pyrotechnic materials and similar — must not be kept in the rooms.
7. The Guest consents to the processing of their personal data by Centrum Noclegowe in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), to the extent necessary to provide the stay and the other services the Guest uses. The Guest has the right to access and correct their personal data.
8. Canvassing and door-to-door selling on the premises are prohibited.
9. Excessive noise, unpleasant smells and any activity that disturbs other Guests are prohibited.
10. Guests may not make any changes to the rooms or their equipment, beyond moving furniture slightly, and without affecting its function or the safety of Guests.
11. Any complaints about the stay should be submitted to the management of Centrum Noclegowe in writing, by e-mail to centrumnoclegowe16@gmail.com.
