Rates
Per room, per night. Rates apply to guests; the pet fee is in the house rules.

Studio: rate scales with guest count - 1-2: 170 PLN, 3: 190, 4: 210, 5: 230.

Booking, payment, cancellation
- Check-in 14:00, check-out 10:00 the next day.
- Payment: cash at reception or bank transfer. We don’t accept card payments.
- Deposit: about 30% for longer stays or group bookings.
- Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival. After that, if a deposit was paid, the deposit is forfeit.

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00 the next day.
Payment

Keys after hours and on holidays
Outside reception hours and on public holidays - call us. We’ll tell you how to pick up the keys. Details by email after booking.
Pets
Allowed. 40 PLN / night extra.
Laundry & luggage
Shared washing machine on the 1st floor. You can leave your bags at reception during open hours.
Other channels
We’re also on Booking.com and Nocowanie.pl. Booking direct with us saves the portal commission, and cancellation is free up to 48 h before arrival.
VAT invoice
We issue VAT invoices to companies and individuals. Please provide invoice details when booking or at check-in, no later than check-out day.
